All Metal Gears - These units have a stainless steel base and cylinder. The cylinder is easily removed for filling and cleaning. The plastic piston has an air relief valve to let air escape from the cylinder while cranking sausage into casings. Comes with 3 stuffing tubes, 1/2", 3/4" and 1". Stainless Steel Horizontal Sausage Stuffer
These commercial quality stuffers are sturdy, well built units designed for years of dependable service. The all stainless steel construction makes them easy to clean and resistant to rust. The 11 & 22 lb. units are equipped with an air release valve in the top of the piston to minimize air being pushed into the casings. Cylinders are removable for easy filling and cleaning. All units come with four stuffing tubes; 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1". Two clamps are included for anchoring the base during stuffing. The 11 lb. and 22 lb. units have 2 speeds for stuffing.
